Thank you for choosing my professional services. As I provide bespoke software development and digital
consultancy services, the following policy applies to all project engagements.
Cancellation Policy
- Clients may cancel a project engagement at any time by providing written notice via email.
- Upon cancellation, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the date of cancellation, as per the agreed milestones or hourly rate.
- Any advance payments made for milestones that have not yet commenced will be refunded within 7-10 working days.
Refund Policy
- Service-Based Work: Once a milestone is completed, reviewed, and approved by the client, the payment for that milestone is considered non-refundable, as it represents payment for professional time and labor already expended.
- Digital Products: If you purchase a pre-built digital tool or license, refunds may be requested within 7 days of purchase if the tool fails to function as described and I am unable to resolve the issue.
- Custom Software: If the final delivered software does not meet the agreed-upon technical specifications documented at the start of the project, I will work to rectify the issues at no additional cost. Refunds for custom work are only considered if I am unable to deliver the core functionality agreed upon in the project scope.
Refund Processing
All approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method (Razorpay, PayPal, Wise, or Bank Transfer) within 7 to 14 business days of approval.
